1. A member's password is encrypted for security purposes. As such, kindly be informed that neither the system administrators nor customer service personnel are able to have access to release the password to those who have forgotten at any point in time.
2. Any member who has forgotten their password need to re-apply by re-submitting a fresh application personnally to Head Office or to any branch. No application shall be entertained through the telephone.
3. The account would be automatically activated upon approval (usually within 48 hours) and no further notification shall be given. You may call customer service to confirm the User ID or you may go to the internet to try to access your account.
